Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After the 30-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. To facilitate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and a prepaid return label. We believe in providing a hassle-free shopping experience. There are no restocking fees for any returned items within the specified 30-day period. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchases. Please note that all sales are final after the 30-day return window has expired. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
